FirmRadar is a product of Mbusiness Branding AI ("we," "us," "our"). Our website is firmradar.mbusinessbrandingai.com. You can reach us at hello@mbusinessbrandingai.com.
What we collect
When you create a FirmRadar account, we collect:
- Email address — to identify your account and send your audit report.
- Name & profile photo (only if you sign in with Google) — used solely to personalize your account.
- Firm name and state — required to run the audit.
- Audit history — the reports we've generated for you.
We do not collect payment information directly; payments (if any) are processed by Go High Level / Stripe.
How we use your data
- To deliver the FirmRadar audit you requested
- To email you your report and (if you opt in) periodic insights
- To enforce free-tier limits (1 audit per month)
- To prevent abuse and secure the service
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We rely on these processors:
- Supabase — stores your account and audit history (US region)
- Google OAuth — for "Sign in with Google"
- Google Maps / Places API — to fetch publicly available firm data for the audit
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN
- Go High Level — CRM and email sending
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile (name, email, profile picture). We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service. We use this data only to identify your FirmRadar account.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or update your information at any time by emailing hello@mbusinessbrandingai.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication sessions only. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
