1. Agreement
By creating an account or using FirmRadar (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. FirmRadar is operated by Mbusiness Branding AI, contact hello@mbusinessbrandingai.com.
2. What FirmRadar does
FirmRadar generates a competitive-intelligence report comparing a law firm's online presence (SEO, Google Business, social media, reviews, AI adoption) against the top 20 firms in its state. Reports are informational only and do not constitute legal, marketing, or business advice.
3. Free vs Premium
- Free tier: 1 audit per month, monthly cached data
- Premium tier ($49/mo): unlimited audits within 1 state, live data, full top-20 deep analysis, Attorney AI OS PDF, weekly newsletter
- Premium is billed monthly through Go High Level. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person; we may terminate duplicate or abusive accounts.
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Scrape, mirror, or resell our reports without written permission
- Use the Service to harass or defame another firm
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or reverse-engineer our scoring
- Submit false firm names to manipulate competitor data
6. Data accuracy
FirmRadar pulls data from publicly available sources (Google Maps, firm websites, social media). We do our best to ensure accuracy but make no guarantees. Score estimates and "lost revenue" figures are projections, not facts.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including the scoring methodology, report layouts, and branding, belongs to Mbusiness Branding AI. You may share your own audit report freely. You retain ownership of any firm data you submit.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as-is." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mbusiness Branding AI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if you've paid nothing).
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
